Next day delivery means the next working day. No deliveries are dispatched on a weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays/bank holidays.
ROYAL MAIL 24: Daily cut off for next day delivery is 15:00 GMT/UK time. Any orders made after this time will be sent out the following day.

EVRI NEXT DAY: Daily cut off for Evri next day is 10:30AM GMT/UK time. Any next day delivery orders made after this time will be sent later in the day and will be delivered the day after. Example: If you order next day delivery after 10:30am on a Monday it will arrive by Wednesday.

We will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of your order once we have given your package to the deliverer and/or courier. These are circumstances beyond our control. If you have any queries or concerns regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to help.
There is a local pickup option which is subject to terms. A minimum of 1 kilogram of product is required to apply for local pick up. If you choose this option you must Email us at orders@jasperwellbeing.com to organise your pickup before ordering your products. Once organised and confirmed please put your order through.
Please be aware that deliveries to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Shetland Isles, Isle of Scilly and any other qualifying destinations may take longer than mainland United Kingdom. Some orders may also be subject to customs checks in certain destinations which will be the customers responsibility to pay fees if any occur.
If an order is returned to us as ‘return to sender/undelivered’ the postage cost to reship will be the customers responsibility. Jasper Cacao will supply a link for payment. Once the original shipment is returned to us, we will send it out again. If the shipment is returned, again (second time) the customer will need to reorder and no refund for the original product will be refunded.
International Delivery
International deliveries can take approximately up to 10-14 working days however we cannot guarantee delivery dates as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country. It is the customers responsibility to pay any taxes or customs charges that may be incurred once the items arrive in your country.
