If you would like to return your product, please email us at orders@jaspercacao.com and provide as much detail as possible regarding the reason for your return request.
To qualify for a full refund (or replacement), the product must be returned to us sealed and unopened within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we do not cover return costs.

Order Cancellations:
If you place an order after 15:00 on a Friday and send a cancellation email over the weekend, the order will be considered processed and dispatched on Monday morning. In this case, you will be responsible for return costs.
Please note that subscription orders cannot be cancelled once processed and will be dispatched. You will also be responsible for return costs.
The Jasper Cacao Project does not offer returns or refunds for opened packages.
