How it works

Ambassadors become part of the Jasper Cacao family: Sharing cacao in their own circles, classes, ceremonies, wellness events with full support, training, and zero upfront financial risk.

Monthly Membership (This covers cost for time, resources and ongoing support) £20

Prerequisites

Must have completed a certified cacao training course.
Must own a registered company for contracts and payments and Liability.

Zero Upfront cost for Stock - Ambassadors order stock through JC with flexible terms.
Wholesale pricing on cacao - Jasper Cacao Branded only.
Mentorship and Support (More info in community section)
Health & Hygiene Level 2 certificate covered by JC - This is required by law to sell food.
Cacao serving training for small and large numbers from small gathering to large festivals (online or in person).
Launch event support - Jasper team helps them plan their first cacao gathering and/or Fayre for full compliance.
Help with event structure, pricing, marketing materials (flyers, social posts, etc).

Public Liability Insurance

You must hold your own public liability if selling your own products alongside Jasper Cacao however if you are selling Jasper cacao only, we can cover it most cases.

_{Getting Started}

How do I sign up?

The registration process is simple:

Create an Account: Once your account is created, the list of requirements below will be visible in your account.
Application: Interested individuals apply using a short form (covering their background, interest in cacao, and how they’d like to share it).
Initial Call on Application: A quick introductory session to connect, answer questions, and check that everything aligns. A contract is then sent out.
Once Confirmed: New ambassadors will be given full access to the online platform, including the Google Drive, WhatsApp group, and learning materials.
Training: A link to complete the Health and Hygiene Level 2 certificate will be sent. This must be completed before your first order can be sent out. Once complete, you’re ready to go.
